Going army tomorrow. Enough said.

Went for Seniors' Night last night. Everyone looked good especially my classmates.
Some others looked very different, like a total makeover or something.
Few others dressed funny, but in a good influential way.
And thankfully, even fewer others dressed in a funny and bad type of way.

Still, no one is perfect.

And I thank God for that.

Will not be around for 2-4 weeks. So do not message me why I could not update.

The first week is officially gone.

Right now I have around 6 weeks left till my prelims.
Which is around 40+ days left to study and mug.
Not to mention the GP package test that takes place next next week.

How wonderful my life is.

And I still have the time (or the guts) to start blogging again.
I should actually be studying now.
But I'm feeling bored I guess.

Quite amazing that I decided last week to start mugging like no tomorrow.
Right now?
I feel that tomorrow marks the start of A levels.
And coincidentally or not the end of my life.

Learnt the use of that word from my friend last year when I was mugging with him for the Promos.
Now I think that I'm starting to use it a lot too.
I had better.
I must start studying.

Right after this entry I guess.
Maybe not.
Feeling really sleepy now.
Besides I got more stuff to type.

Passion AC.
That one event that was supposed to revive AC.
I'm not saying that it was bad.
But I have to say that it was not spectacular either.

Still I enjoyed it.
However I also mentioned before that it was not spectacular either.

The song choice was a good one.
How the songs were played however felt like a better version of Monday Chapel with a much smaller audience.
Fault I believe lay with no one but the layout of the PA system of the hall.
As from Day 1 in AC I never liked the hall especially when it involved the PA system.

Long story short?

Feedback tones.
Poor sound quality.
Uneven voice/music levels.
Occasionally fluctuating sound levels.

But what can one expect?
Especially based on the fact that AC was probably renovated around a decade or so ago.
Right when I was around in upper primary I guess.
Equipment was probably old enough to be put in a corner of an AC museum.
If there ever be one.

Maybe a few years later after I graduate the sound system would finally undergo a complete overhaul.
Too bad I won't be there to experience it.
Oh well.
At least the next generation of AC students would be able to experience the full power of Monday Chapel once an overhaul is done.

But then?
I still enjoyed Passion AC.
I really did.
Here's to the people who made the event possible.

oh well..

The holidays are over. Or almost actually.

Looking back at the past is never good.
Those are called memories.

Learning from past mistakes is different.
Said memories then become personal individual lessons.

Suprisingly my holidays were quite memorable.
I can't actually believe it since all my previous holidays remain blur and foggy.
Could be that something bad always happened to me during the previous June holidays.
But then I can't rememeber anything anyway so what the heck.

Back to my current holiday flashback.

So today is the second last day of the holiday and after tomorrow I have to get ready to say hello to school and A levels.

Wish I could restart school with a huge bang.
Then again I wish that I had the means to "delay" the A levels.
Could bomb Cambridge.
Nah. Too much effort.

But back AGAIN to my current holiday flashback.

So there was my CCA Camp where I planned for an event for the 2nd week of school.
Then I tried doing my homework.
Then I had to attend 8 lessons of chemistry tuition.
Including 3 lessons of Math tuition. One more tomorrow.
Of course 4 weeks of CIP which have ended.
Still tried doing homework.
And not forgetting 1 Tuesday dedicated to teaching children how to use the computer.
A movie or 2 really.
Chinese AO level exam.
Thank God that that's over.
3 saturdays of church activities coupled with 3 satudays of playing guitar and doing PA.

That's it I guess.

I think there's more.
But I don't want to write it now.
Or simply because I can't remember anymore now.
Oh well.

Have a happy holiday.
Or what's left of it.

PS: Happy school reopening. If you have school that is. If you don't then Happy whatever-you-have-after-June-holidays reopening. =P

Its been a while..

Actually its been a really long time..

I still do not know why I still keep this page..

Is it because I have some sentimental feeling attached to it?

Or maybe its supposed to be a connection between me and my friends.. (big help it was.. =P)

I've decided..

To hopefully post more stuff about my life.. (private or not)

When I'm not playing that is..

In which I should actually be studying..

Which I'm not..

Nothing else to say..

Just a way to waste space and clear the cobwebs..

In a way..

[ps.: i actually feel like blogging.. somehow..]

Sick Again

Sick. Again.

Physically that is.

Hate the influenza bug. Just hate it to the core. It seems like the stealthy ninja of ancient Japan, hired by some unknown force to strike the masses using a variety of poisons or insidious devices, all accomplished as silently as moss growing on the side of a peach blossom tree.

In this case, I have at least some idea on how I got it. Maybe it was the PE. Yeah that probably sounds about right, after all sweating it out and pushing your body to work overtime leaves it kind of vulnerable to the ever present germs and bad icky stuff out there. Or not actually since all I did was really play badminton and that cannot even be compared to six rounds around the track which I dread so much.

Or wait, it was that person I spent two and a half hours with during CIP after school on Friday. Yeah. That's it. No wait, I spent the same two and a half hours with twenty other people. Too many suspects. Darn.

Hmm. My parents? No. My pet? Don't have one. Church mates? Nah. Got it before I went to church. That irritating person in my CCA? Wait. There are just too many of them to count. Haha. Kidding on the last part. Well. Sort of.

So who in the blue hell could it be? Guess I will never know. Just wish and hope that they develop a vaccine for flu soon. God knows that the world needs it, especially if it contains people like me in it.

Argh. Stupid nose.
